FEMALE. Likley Harpalus protractus. A noninterrupted posterior groove of pronotum. Intervals 1-8 all dense with micropunctures in female, sides broadly rounded in pronotum, and an elytral length of ~9mm indicate H. protractus over others in Pseudophonus.
